By accessing or using petraformed.com (the "site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Petraformed° (Petra Juhász), based in Debrecen, Hungary.

Nature of this site

This is a marketing and portfolio site. Its content is provided for information only and does not constitute a binding offer or a service agreement. Viewing the work shown here does not create any client relationship.

Any engagement with the studio begins only through a separate written proposal or contract, agreed and signed by both parties. That contract - not this site - governs the scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and rights of the work.

Intellectual property

All content on this site - including text, photography, video, layouts, graphics, the visual identities and case studies shown, and the name and mark Petraformed° - is owned by the studio or used with permission of the rights holder. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

Portfolio work is displayed to illustrate the studio's approach. Client brands and materials remain the property of their respective owners and appear here with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or otherwise reuse any content from this site without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, or systematically extract content from the site;
• use the site or its content for any unlawful or misleading purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems;
• reproduce the studio's branding in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation.

Third-party links & content

This site links to external services, such as our profiles on Instagram and LinkedIn and our contact form. Those services are outside our control and have their own terms and privacy policies. We provide the links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party site.
